Initial introduction and site visit

Gathering any and all information about the client's vision for their project is essential in providing a scope of work that both homeowners and subcontractors will adhere to through the construction process

Scope of work and Proposal

Each project varying in size and duration, clients with crest construction group can expect a draw schedule tailored to their project using a system of checks and balances that support both the client, general contractor, and subcontractors

Timeline and execution

With selections made, material procurement in process, and premitting order, clients receive a timeline based on each subcontractor's lead time to complete their individual scopes of work
